 The MARCUS® Fleet Management solution utilizes the following existing technologies: Global Positioning Satellites (GPS), GSM/GPRS networks and the Internet.  The MARCUS® solution includes a proprietary hardware device named the MARCUS® Radio Module that integrates wireless connectivity with a GPS receiver and a radio modem.  The MARCUS® Radio Module device is installed in each vehicle and receives signals transmitted from the GPS satellites to determine relevant location and time sensitive data such as speed, number of miles driven, and location.  A customer may retrieve the information through the www.discretewireless.com website using an Internet browser.  Because the customer data and software reside at the Company’s service center, the customer does not need to make any investment in acquiring and supporting capital equipment such as proprietary hardware, software and data networking equipment.
